Our Mission

Hill Country Ecopower was founded in 2009 by a group of people committed to providing Austin, San Antonio, and all of Central Texas with affordable, practical ways to reduce the amount of energy they consume. We are from Central Texas and are committed to using our expertise to expand the renewable energy options in Central Texas.

Hill Country Ecopower specializes in the design, sales, and installation of affordable and reliable renewable energy equipment and systems. Our product offerings include photovoltaics (solar pv) and wind turbines for electricity generation, solar thermal systems for hot water generation, and geothermal heat pumps for air conditioning and heating. Whether you are a homeowner, business owner, builder, architect, or a non-profit organization, we offer renewable energy systems to meet your needs.

Reducing Energy Consumption

Because we are a company dedicated to reducing your energy consumption, rather than selling you a specific system, we are able to tailor our recommendations to your particular needs. We first look for cost effective ways to reduce your energy usage. This may involve adding insulation, sealing your HVAC ducts, or weatherproofing your building envelope before adding renewable energy solutions. We approach each project as a unique opportunity to reduce nonrenewable energy demands through conservation and production with optimized renewable energy systems.
